I was inspired to do this piece after an Autumn walk through the Yorkshire Arboretum.

The Arboretum, run by the Castle Howard Arboretum Trust in conjunction with Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, is a glorious 120 acre garden of trees from around the world set in a stunning landscape of parkland, lakes and ponds on the Castle Howard Estate.
